is located in the small village of Modène in the 84 (Vaucluse - France), 2km from Caromb, 4km from Crillon-le-Brave, 6km from Bedoin, 10km from Carpentras and 25km from Avignon.
In addition to the cottage in Modène, we offer an apartment 
in Bedoin at the foot of Mont Ventoux.

The Cottage
Our "Little Paradise" includes an air-conditioned cottage for 4 people (ideal for a family). Optionally, it is possible to put an extra bed (folding).
The breathtaking view on the Mont Ventoux allows you to dream in peace, enhanced by the song of cicadas in summer.
Barbecue and garden are at your disposal as well as an 8x4m pool with a flat bottom.

We offer also in seasonal rental, an air-conditioned apartment for 4 people in the charming town of Bedoin, at the foot of Ventoux. This apartment is ideal for cyclists but also for family tourism.

The cottage consists of a kitchen area and its Provencal dining room, two bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds + 1 folding bed optional), a bathroom (shower and sink) and an independent toilet ... and a small private terrace (covered).
At the level of the house, it is air-conditioned ans is located on the ground floor.
And its garden
The garden is on a total area of 16 acres with private car park, swimming pool (shared with owners), barbecue and pizza oven available and a summer kitchen ...

However, if the withdrawal of the tenant is not too late and can find other occupants for the same dates, the deposit may be refunded.
A deposit of 250€ will be required at the entrance, returned no longer than one week after the end of the stay, depending on the inventory.
Arrivals are between 4 and 7pm (to be agreed).
Leaving at 10.30am at the latest.

The pool of Chez Marnaud ...
The pool is to be shared with the owners in all discretion.
It measures 8 x 4m and has a constant depth of 1.55m accessible by a staircase.
At disposal, large beach and semi-covered terrace with sun loungers, view on the Ventoux.
